TERROIR RESTAURANT TO CLOSE FOR WINTER BREAK - 12 JULY - 3 AUGUST 2010FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE South Africa, Stellenbosch, July 2010; CHEF Michael Broughton will be closing the doors to the renowned Terroir Restaurant for a short, mid-year winter break from Monday 12 July 2010. Michael and his award-winning team will enjoy three weeks of much needed rest and relaxation. When Terroir re-opens its doors on Tuesday 3 August 2010 they will continue to serve their hugely popular Green Season Special Menu. The Green Season Special Menu offers a pared-down, simpler and therefore also more affordable take on the classic Terroir style for which they have become so well-known.
